Another Senator, Bukar Mustapha, is dead.
His death comes shortly after that of Senator Ali Wakili from Bauchi State.
Mustapha is the representative of Katsina North Senatorial District, the area from where President Muhammadu Buhari hails.
He came to the Senate from Daura Zone on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
He is a pro-Buhari senator and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Capital Market.
Mustapha died in the early hours of Wednesday.
He was ill as at the time of death.
