Some people believe that, if anything about former President Goodluck Jonathan is posted and you comment and spoke against him that, you are a Buhari supporter. Isn’t that laughable?
What is currently trending is that, we enjoyed freedom under Jonathan but isn’t freedom supposed to be our fundamental human right?
People are more focused on speaking about the freedom under Jonathan that they forgot that, he actually did nothing for his region in his 6 years as President.
1) Did he build the road leading to Otuoke his own community? The answer is no.
2) Did he build Enugu-Portharcourt expressway? The answer is no.
3) Did he build Enugu-Onitsha expressway? The answer is no.
4) Did he open up any sea port within the Eastern region? The answer is no.
5) Did he build 2nd Niger Bridge? The answer is no.
6) Did he revive the rail lines across the Eastern region? The answer is no.
7) How about international Airport? Enugu International Airport is a sham.
8) Did he revive any industrial company like ANAMCO within the Eastern region in his 6 years as President? The answer is no.
So what exactly did President Goodluck Jonathan did for our region that would make people to be even talking about him now?
Is it because, he surrounded himself with greedy Igbo politicians who ended up enriching only themselves and their family members?
Goodluck Jonathan was just like another President from the North because, he did more for the North and did nothing for his region. And for those that, may come to tell me that his hands were tied please, don’t forget that, Enugu-Portharcourt and Enugu-Onitsha expressways was built by Dr. Alex Ekwueme as Vice President of Nigeria under Shagari.
So therefore, my people, there is no excuse for failure. Goodluck Jonathan failed our region and Buhari is only sustaining that failure.
