Senator Sani Tells Buhari To Reconcile With Father Mbaka

The former lawmaker from Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to call and reconcile with the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.

Last week, Reverend Mbaka called on President Muhammadu Buhari to honorably resign or be impeached by the lawmakers for incompetence.

In response to his statement, the Presidency, through Garba Shehu, a Senior Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, accused the clergyman of making the call at this moment because he was denied of a contract by President Muhammadu Buhari.

After the Presidency had accused him, Fr. Mbaka is yet to react to the accusations as claimed by Garba Shehu, but some of his followers have dragged the Presidency, telling them to respond to the issues raised by the cleric instead of making unnecessarily allegations with no tangible evidence.

However, Shehu Sani has called on the Presidency to work and resolve the issue with Fr. Mbaka as he described him as a patriot who deserved maximum respect from the Presidency.

Shehu Sani went further to warn the Federal Government against forcing some individual like Reverend Mbaka, who according to him, believes so much in the unity of Nigeria to the hands of secessionists.

In a recent post Shehu made via Twitter, he wrote;

“Father Mbaka is a patriot and deserves respect. The President should place a phone call and reconcile with him.

“People who believe in the unity of this country should not be disgracefully pushed to the hands of separatists. Even Chinese, Arabs, Jews and Europeans are given contracts.”
