200 IMO Militants Surrender Arms

Notorious militants on Monday surrendered their arms and ammunition in Owerri, Imo State capital.

The repentant militants surrendered their arms and ammunition to military officers at the Freedom Square in Owerri.

Among the ammunition surrendered was a rocket launcher.

Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha and Commissioner of Police, Brigade commander 34 artillery brigade were present to witness the militants surrender their arms. (Channels TV)
