Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, wife of South Africa’s nationalist and former President, Nelson Mandela, is dead. The news of her death filtered in on Monday afternoon.Madikizela-Mandela remained until her death despite her divorce from Mandela, a hero figure in South Africa. She was until her death still called the Mother of the Nation.
