Ahmed Musa opens up on running for political office


Ahmed Musa, Super Eagles forward has opened up on his alleged move to run for political office.
Musa, who was a two-goal hero at Russia 2018 said he had no plans to contest for political office because his focus was on his football career.
The Leicester City player said this while chatting with fans in Abuja, over the weekend.
According to the former CSKA Moscow player, “I am a footballer and not a politician.
“I have tried to do the little I could to help others and I will continue to do so.
“I thank God for His many blessings and from there I have tried to change some lives. But I don’t have any plans to run for any political office.”
