Rivers Govt, Davido partner to groom artistes (PHOTOS)
Rivers State government on Friday announced its partnership with Davido to groom musicians based in the state.
The announcement was made in a statement signed by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media on the governor’s Facebook page.
It partly read: “Mega-Star Musician, David Adeleke popularly called Davido has declared his resolve to partner with the Rivers State Government to develop music talents in the state.
Davido who spoke during a visit to Governor Wike at the Government House Port Harcourt on Friday stated that Davido Music Worldwide has identified young musicians who will be promoted in the state.
He noted that his goal is to grow international music stars outside Lagos and empower more youths through music.”
