PDP gives reasons for rejecting Kaduna governorship election results

The PDP in Kaduna state has rejected the governorship election results from about five local government areas, on the grounds that they were allegedly rigged by the opposition.
The Deputy Director General of the PDP campaign organization in the state, Danjuma Seriki who was at the collation centre, accused INEC officials and security operatives of conniving with the APC to manipulate the election.
He said his party will use all available legal means to reclaim its mandate that was given to them by the people of Kaduna state.
Meanwhile, the Kaduna state commissioner of police, Ahmad Abdurahman has denied allegations by the PDP that his men connived with the APC to rig the elections within the state.
Abdurahman said that his men exhibited thorough professionalism during the election, describing the allegations as baseless and totally false.
