Manchester United striker, Marcus Rashford, has finally decided not to leave Old Trafford to join Barcelona for £100million this summer.
GRASSROOTS.NG recalls that Rashford was among the three strikers who were shortlisted yesterday by the La Liga champions to replace Luis Suarez at the club.
Rashford’s current deal with Man United will expire at the end of next season.
The Mirror is now reporting that Rashford has decided that he has “no desire” to leave his boyhood club, Man United, and would reject a move to replace Suarez at the Camp Nou.
Suarez, who is 32-year-old, is in the later stage of his career at Barcelona.
The Uruguay international has won lots of trophies at Camp Nou since joining Barcelona from Liverpool in 2014.
He has scored 18 goals in 27 La Liga matches for Barcelona this season but has failed to score in six appearances in the Champions League this campaign.
