Pain for Lagosians: Oshodi-Apapa express way rehabilitation

The ongoing lane divider construction on Apapa Oshodi expressway from Cele to Ilasa bus stop has been described by a Lagosian as a prison fence.

“From Cele to Ilasa no new pedestrian bridge . How do they want people in the area to get to the other side of the road?

What kind of town planning is this? Very soon politicians will come from Abuja to commission uncompleted project”, a Lagosian said.
