JUST IN: EFCC invades Ambode’s residence
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) are currently raiding the house of Akinwunmi Ambode, immediate past governor of Lagos State.
The commission said it was investigating a petition it received against the former Lagos governor, TheCable reports.
Confirming the raid, Tony Orilade, EFCC spokesperson told TheCable that the commission is investigating the administration of Ambode.
“Yes, we received petitions regarding the governor, and we are investigating,” Orilade said.
