Sanwo-Olu host Igbo traders, assures better business environment


Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu held a meeting with the Igbo market leaders from Alaba and Trade Fair axis in Lagos West senatorial district.
During the meeting, Mr. Sanwo-Olu spoke extensively about its administration plans to help the Igbo community businesses flourish by improving infrastructure, social amenities, and security around their markets, according to Lagosspy NG.
The Governor also assured the Igbo traders that it’s governments would eliminate multiple taxation by documenting all businesses in the markets, which will facilitate easy payment and collection of tax for developmental purposes.
The MD of Fidelity Bank was also present during the meeting between the government and igbo traders community in Lagos while Gov. Sanwo-Olu affirms a good business environment and better relationship between the parties.
