BREAKING: Policeman Kills Himself Inside Lagos Cell

A policeman known as Eze, has reportedly committed suicide while in the cell at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba.

The policeman was said to be attached to Dangote factory, where he allegedly shot a man dead before being remanded in the cell.

“He was brought to the state CID for investigation and prosecution.

“But he hanged himself in the cell around 2:00 a.m. today.

However, all efforts to confirm the story from the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bala Elkana, proved abortive, as he neither picked up calls nor replied to the text message sent to his phone as of the time of filing this report.
