Abacha Loot: Buhari Would’ve Been Jailed, Dealt With –Major Al-Mustapha

Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Officer to late General Sani Abacha has insisted that all loots that are returned back to Nigeria are monies deposited by his late boss.
Speaking to Voice of Africa, Al-Mustapha stated that before Abacha came in, Nigeria had no more than two hundred million dollars of foreign savings but dies leaving over nine billion dollars for Nigeria.
“Our country would’ve been better than where we are today, competing with great economies but unfortunate things went the wrong way”
According to Al-Mustapha, “The nine months after the death of Abacha changed everything, whereas monies disappeared and even the PTF chairman who is the current president would’ve been jailed if i had fallen to pressure from investigators. The current president Buhari knows better.”
“I was almost force to implicate Buhari into monies that were alleged to have been stolen. Of course I know very terrible things happened after Abacha’s death, particularly in the oil sector headed by Buhari – Post Abacha government were determined to jail Buhari”.
