BREAKING: FG Restricts AIT From Covering President Buhari
Nigeria’s first satellite television broadcast, Africa Independent Television, AIT barred from covering federal government’s unveiling of 2020-2025 broadband plan by President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to media report, a reporter from AIT and cameraman were kicked out of the venue following what security operatives say are “orders from above”.
The unveiling ceremony is organised by Nigerian communications commission, NCC and federal ministry of communications and digital economy.
