Three Persons Hospitalized Due To Chloroquine Poisoning

Three persons have been hospitalized at the Bayelsa State Government House Hospital, over purported cases of over-dose of chloroquine intake.
The patients who were admitted on Wednesday, were responding to treatment according to the medical practitioners who were on ground to field questions from observers
Recall that the United States of America President made some positive revelation about the potency of an age long tablet (chloroquine), which has the capacity to combat the raging coronavirus pandemic.
There has been a topsy-turvy rush to acquire this tablet by Nigerians from the various pharmacy and chemist shops across the country.
Since the revelation from the White House about the potency of the tablet, Nigerians have been consuming the tablet on a daily basis to prevent the deadly coronavirus pandemic, all in a bid to prevent contacting the virus.
So far, the news of the hospitalized Bayelsans over abuse of chloroquine table, had sparked reactions from Bayelsans and the Media Houses in Bayelsa, advocating the non excessive use of chloroquine to avoid future occurrence of hospitalization from chloroquine over use.
