Police Kills 22 Year Old Boy In Enugwu-Ukwu For Violating Curfew Order


Enugwu-Ukwu youths in the early hours of Thursday, 21st of May, 2020 staged a protest over the killing of 22-year old Anthony Okafor popularly known as Junior, an Enugwu-Ukwu indigine.
He was said to have died around 8:15 Pm on Wednesday, 20th May 2020 in the hands of some security operatives for allegedly violating the Federal Government nationwide curfew.
Youths numbering over 300 blocked the Enugwu-Ukwu axis of Old Enugu – Onitsha Expressway as they bemoaned the death of one of their own who was killed by a police vehicle that chased him for breaking the curfew order.
