Court Allegedly Restrains APC, Oshiomhole From Conducting Primaries In Edo


The crisis in Edo State between the Governor, Godwin Obaseki and his predecessor Adams Oshiomhole has intensified ahead of APC Gubernatorial primary election.
Today, the Federal High Court in Benin City had granted an order restraining the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, from conducting any primary election in Edo state.
According to the Nation report, this is pending the determination of the suit on Thursday, June 11, ahead of the Edo state governorship election.
