[BREAKING] Wike Rescues Ex NDDC Boss Who Was Placed Under House Arrest

River State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has rescued Joy Nunieh, former Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), who was placed under house arrest by the police.
In a video seen by Grassroots.ng, the Governor had arrived at her residence in the state capital, ordered armed policemen around out of the way.
The video also shows how Governor Wike proceeded to enter the house, and was seen driving her off in his convoy.
Grassroots.ng gathered that the policemen had laid siege at Nunieh’s residence hours to her appearance before a National Assembly panel investigating the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Prior to her invitation to the National Assembly, the former NDDC boss had made series of allegation on misappropriation of funds in the Commission, headed by Godswill Akpabio.
