BREAKING: Oyo State Serial Killer Rearrested By Police

The serial killer, 19 year old Sunday Shodipe, has been rearrested by the Nigeria Police.

Shodipe was rearrested after a manhunt was declared by the IGP, LagosspyNG recalled that, the serial killer escaped from police custody and the Inspector General of Police recently placed a bounty of N500, 000 thousand naira only on his head for anyone with useful information on how to re-apprehend him.

Shodipe, 19, escaped from police custody on August 11, after confessing to killing no fewer than five persons in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State.

He was alleged to have killed the persons, mainly women, for ritual purposes.

The spokesman of the Oyo State Police Command, Gbenga Fadeyi, confirmed the rearrest of Shodipe on Sunday, 23rd, 2020.

According to reports, he was rearrested in the home of his grandmother in Ojoo area of Ibadan and currently being interrogated at the Eleyele Divisional Police Station, Ibadan, Oyo State as at press time.
