BREAKING: Chaos In Surulere, Lagos As Protesters Launch Reprisal Attack On Police

A reprisal attack by protesters at the Surulere Police Station has left policemen shot dead.

The reprisal attack was launched after stray bullets from Police officers allegedly killed 4 protesters in the same area.

Confirming this ugly report with Grassroots.ng, Courage Ngele, a resident of Surulere said what started as a peaceful protest in Surulere has turned bloody.

”I turned up in the morning with drinks and water to help energize my people.We were unarmed.

”We were peaceful. Still they shot at us. Many sustained injury and I watched someone die, not by a hit and run car, not by an armed robber, but by the bullet of same people who were meant to protect him.

”I watched him struggle with life. I watched him take his last breath. This is heartbreaking. I am tired. We need to end police brutality in Nigeria.”
