Ganduje’s Media Aide Sacked For Criticising Buhari Finally Speaks

Salihu Tanko Yakasai, a former special adviser on media to Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano state, has finally broken silence after he was sacked by his boss for criticizing President Muhammadu Buhari.
Recall that after his sack Tanko was arrested after calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to check Nigeria’s worsening insecurity or resign.
Reacting on Twitter, Yakasai described his sack as an “honourable exit”.
He tweeted: “After 5yrs in Government, the goodwill I got after leaving Government, is a million times more than the one I got when I got in. That’s indeed an honourable exit, which is rare in Nigeria. This is certainly God’s doing & I am eternally grateful to Him for His endless Blessings”
