Pantami Receives VC, Management Team of Federal University Kashere

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), PhD, FNCS, FBCS, FIIM received in audience, the management team of the Federal University Kashere, Gombe State, led by the Vice Chancellor (VC), Prof Umaru A Pate on a working visit at the Digital Economy Complex, Abuja.

The VC and team were at the Minister’s office in Abuja to commend him on the unprecedented achievement recorded in the Digital Economy Sector under his stewardship, and also appreciate the Ministry for the ICT Hub donated to the University and further solicited the support of the Ministry to foster digital skills in the Institution.

In his brief response, Dr Pantami appreciated the University delegation for the official visit and commendation.

The Minister further urged the University to improve on entrepreneurship development and also consider the introduction of courses in emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity and Robotics.
