I Will Grant Sovereignty To Biafra, Oduduwa Republic If Elected President – Adamu Garba

Published

on

Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant, has stressed that he will grant sovereign autonomy to the Republic of Biafra and Oduduwa if he becomes the president of Nigeria.

Garba stated this on his Facebook page on Tuesday, November 23, where he explained that granting autonomous sovereignty to Biafra and Oduduwa republics gives them freedom to be identified as Biafrans/Odu’as but also the suzerain right as Nigerians.

He wrote, “When I have the opportunity, I will change Country’s name to “The Nigerian Federation “ and grant sovereign autonomy to republic of Biafra and Oduduwa, all under the “Suzerainty” of the Nigerian Federation. Everyone will be respected. That’s all.

“Every single thing I said we will do we will do, insha Allahu. Granting autonomous sovereignty to Biafra and Oduduwa republics gives them freedom to be identified as Biafrans/Odu’as but also the suzerain right as Nigerians. e.g A member of Biafra Republic under the Nigerian Federation.

“So they can have right to self rule according to their culture and believes and views of the world. They can have a functional Parliarment including an elected President. But the Parliarment and the President would have to be approved by the Nigerian Federation.

“They will have autonomy in administration of their economic operations and resources under their lands with some shares of it coming to the Nigerian Federation Central Pool Reserve. They can also tackle the internal security challenges within their sovereign domain.

“However, the macroeconomic management have to be from the Nigerian Federation, foreign policy matters would have to be handled by the Nigerian Federation and the General security outside their sovereign autonomous region would have to be handled by the Nigerian Federation.

“The Nigerian Central Bank would remain the central issuing house for all the Federation and the Nigerian Naira would remain the central currency. Nigerian Military, the Federal Security network (DSS, NIA, etc) would have to be from the center. But Nigerian Police would have to be regionalized.

“So you have the presence of police under the exclusive control of the Regional Republics of Biafra, Oduduwa, etc.

“With this configuration, we would have solve the political problems affecting our country, which often leads to marginalization and eventual security issues.

“We would have given opportunity for all regions that wants a republic to build capacity for their internal security and come up with effective governance model for the approval of the Nigerian Federation’s General Assembly under the Federation’s President.

“This is the best way to reconfigure Nigeria and provide a lasting peace, respect, stability and economic growth for all members of the Federation.”

APC AKIDA

The orchestrated campaign of calumny against the Honourable Minister of State for Defence H.E Dr Bello Muhammad Matawalle MON by a group of street orchins recruited by the leader of APC AKIDA Tijjani Ramallan is very  preposterous and indecent.

This is politics too far, Ramadan has been attacking President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR right from campaign days. He never supported or participated in APC activities, he has been jealous of Matawalle loyalty to our President.

Tijjani Ramallan has been sponsoring Banditry and romancing with criminals.

The leader of the APC AKIDA  Tijjani Ramallan is being sponsored by the state government to attack the person of Dr Matawalle. It is expected that by now the DSS should have arrested him . He has found himself as a willing tool to be manipulated by Governor Dauda Lawal in attacking Dr Matawalle.

The earlier smear campaign embarked by zamfara state government which was stopped by a court order has forced them to shift to the use of APC AKIDA to carry out their mischief.

What zamfara people need is good governance and not wasting the state resources in trying to pull Matawalle down.

Pull him down syndrome pays no body.

He said the suspect was already convicted of a crime which was not mentioned and in the process of taking him to court for another offence, the boy bolted and tried to run when he was shot by the police. The AMML official said that was what provoked the attackers to burn down some shops, the office of AMML and some vehicles.

The situation caused a stampede in the market as people rushed to save their property.

It is not clear how many people were injured in the stampede as people scaled the fences while some pushed their way through the few gates available. But so many shops and goods got destroyed by the fire.
