The photos from a couple’s proposal is going viral days after because the lady knelt down to accept the engagement ring from her man.
According to Sunny Oduru, who shared the photos on Sunday, the lady, Joy said, it is an abomination for her new fiance, “Suotongha Michael Ineintiemo to kneel down before her to propose as her king.”
When proposing, it is expected of the man to go down on one knee. This practice is based on Western culture, which some people have adopted.
