Constitutional Review: Aisha Buhari, Others Visit National Assembly

Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, on Wednesday, visited the National Assembly, during which she attended plenary at both legislative chambers.

Buhari was with the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Mrs Sadiya Farouq, Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs Pauline Tallen during the Senate’s visit.

She observed the presentation of the committee report on the review of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 5th Alteration Bills, 2022 by Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.

Mrs Buhari also visited the House of Representatives to observe legislative proceedings.
