Protests Currently On going In Ogbete Market In Enugu State

Information has it that the Governor, Peter Mbah sealed up shops that didn’t come out to sell yesterday being a Monday, As a way to defy the Sit-At-Home Order By IPOB.
However, many traders didn’t want to risk their lives as they still feel that the Monday Sit-At-Home orders is no joke, Even though the Governor has assured everyone to come out and go about their activities.
The shop sealing resulted to protests that took someone’s life and left some people injured due to stray bullets from the Army who came to calm the situation down, But instead it escalated things very quickly.
So the market is currently on lockdown and the protests is seriously ongoing.
Here are a few pictures from the protests.
