Pinnick Slams Davido With Law Suit, Demands N2.3Billion Over Alleged Breach Of Contract


Brownhill Investments Company Limited, the organizers of the yearly ‘Warri Again Concert,’ has filed a N2.3 billion lawsuit against Nigerian-American superstar singer Davido and his music label, Davido Music Worldwide Limited.
They allege that Davido breached a contract to perform at their event in October 2023 after being paid a fee of N70 million.
The claimant seeks N2 billion in damages, N150 million in legal fees, N30 million for the cost of filing the suit, and a public apology from Davido on social media and in newspapers.
They also demand the return of $94,500 and an injunction preventing Davido from performing in Nigeria until the funds are refunded.
