The Yamaltu Deba Emirate Council in Gombe State has conferred a prestigious traditional title on educationist, Dr. Muyibat Adenike Olodo, in recognition of her contributions to learning and skills development in Nigeria.

At a colourful ceremony held at the weekend, the education leader was honoured as Sarauniyar Ilimin Matan Zambuk (Queen of Knowledge of Zambuk) by the Sarkin Zambuk.

The title celebrates her longstanding impact in advancing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and promoting practical skills acquisition among young Nigerians.

Dr. Olodo, widely known as “Mama TVET,” has built a reputation for championing inclusive and functional education through policy innovation and advocacy.

Her efforts have influenced education development across the country, particularly in preparing youths for employment and entrepreneurship.
