By: Nmerichukwu Igweamaka

A young lady of about 22 years ago neatly dressed and putting on White apparel started displaying signs of madness in Enugu on Wednesday.

An Eyewitness Ebube Okeke told Grassroots.ng that the lady whose name was not known as at the time of filing this report, alighted from a commercial bus around the popular Liberty Bus Stop, Abakpa Nike, Enugu State and started pulling off her wears- cloths, wigs, and shoes and started creating scene; exhibiting characteristics of madness.

While narrating the incident to GrassRoots, Okeke said, “It’s no longer an awful sight to see mad people around, as the rate of insanity in Nigeria keeps doubling on daily basis due to both physical, spiritual reasons and reasons we do not understand.

“Just at about 8:00am around St Theresa’s Parish Enugu state, close to the popular Liberty bus stop Abakpa, the beautiful well-dressed lady ‘went bananas’”.

“I boarded the bus with this pretty lady who just screamed ‘HEHE’ jumped down from the vehicle, pulled off her clothes and wig and started chasing people around”.

The Eyesitness also said, “There was chaos and confusion as people were running and were also wondering how a lady ran mad within split seconds. I am still in shock and would sincerely advice everyone to thread carefully”.
