‘You Will Become President…But After Me’ – Tinubu To Nigerian Youths

The All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola, on Sunday at his palace.
Tinubu who was in the area as part of his consultation tour on his presidential ambition, met with the prominent monarch and with Olubadan-designate, Lekan Balogun also.
During his visit, Tinubu chanced upon a moment in which he threw a seemingly harmless jibe at some of the young people present.
“What if you become president? Will you run us out of town? You too will grow up and grow old. You will become elders. You will become president…but after me.”
The crowd said amen and hailed the former Lagos governor.
