GUO opens Asaba , Lagos Soccer Academy

Founder GUO motors, Godwin ubah Okeke. has  establsihed an under 29 football academy in Asaba and Lagos state.

On his recent return from the mid east, the business guru explained that his investment in the football industry is to produce for Nigeria the future world football stars like Kelech Iheanacho and to prepare the country for the next world cup in Wuatar

The facilities in Oshodi Lagos will be upgraded to world standards and has invited former GUO Director of Sport in Asaba,,,Emma Okocha to help build the Asaba academy.

GUO Okeke recently bought over Asaba textile  complex, owners of Asabatex FC.

Formal inauguration of the two camps will take place once the foreign technical partners will arrive with their foreign coach.

The boys who are  selected  from the trials going on in the two camps will now will be program for serious training and supervised the foreign partners and coaches.

The boys elected will be under go 2 years training in and outside the country. Their scouts among the foreign partner.

GUO does not train near GRA,,, we scout for talents by going into slums and ghettos and GUO undertake to feed them and training allowance. The academy aim to play State FA Cup.
